All sales are final. Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
I take great care in packaging each order so it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at elena@elenagarzadesign.com and include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
If the damage is confirmed, I will be happy to provide store credit for the value of the damaged item. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and must be used toward a future purchase.
Please note that damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for store credit.
